logvrp Promises to Customers

For NetAkıl, customers are the first priority.
Therefore, we as NetAkıl provide some promises to our customers:
- You own your data, not us, so you can take your data with you
- We won't lock you in (your business is our privilege, not our right)
- We will do everything we can, as hard as we can to achieve 100% up-time (availability)
- We may never achieve 100% up-time, when we can not,
- we will inform you earlier as soon as possible
- we will work to recover any down-time as soon as possible
- we will share information about the shortage and the solutions we will bring out
- we will do better always
If you want some verification about our customer priority and how serious we are;
logvrp has been provided free of charge almost 1.5 years !
Even in this free of charge period,
- We have made our users at first priority.
- We have handled all issues of users.
- We have answered all questions of users.
- We have provided comprehensive and detailed documentation, information publicly available from the beginning. (still logvrp is the only one providing such comprehensive and detailed information)
- We have implemented new features and made them available.
- We have continously improved logvrp.
- We have fixed all bugs/errors as soon as they are discovered or reported, regardless of their severity. (Bravo to us ! There were only a few bugs/errors only so far)
- We have given sincere attention to all feedback, critique, suggestions.
- We have considered all user ideas, feedback, critique, suggestions by putting them into evaluation list and placing some into road-map and designing better solutions.
- We have responded to any requests of users almost no more than 24 hours, sometimes in a few hours.
- We have made logvrp almost 100% available so far.
