Your use of the service is subject to this Acceptable Use Policy.
If you are found to be in violation of our policies at any time, as determined by NetAkıl in its sole discretion, we may warn you or suspend or terminate your account.
Please note that we may change our Acceptable Use Policy at any time, and pursuant to the NetAkıl Terms, it is your responsibility to keep up-to-date with and adhere to the policies posted here.
All capitalized terms used herein have the meanings stated in the Terms, unless stated otherwise.
The Content displayed and/or processed through your Application or other web site utilizing the service shall not contain any of the following types of content:
Content that infringes a third party's rights (e.g., copyright) according to applicable law,
Phishing,
Malicious content,
Other material, products or services that violate or encourage conduct that would violate any criminal laws, any other applicable laws, or any third-party rights.
In addition to (and/or as some examples of) the violations described in the Terms, you may not and may not allow any third party, including your End Users, to:
Impersonate another person (via the use of an email address or otherwise) or otherwise misrepresent yourself or the source of any email;
Illegally transmit another's intellectual property or other proprietary information without such owner's or licensor's permission;
Use the service to violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others;
Promote or encourage illegal activity;
Interfere with other users' usage of the service;
Sell, trade, resell or otherwise exploit the service for any unauthorized commercial purpose;
Modify, adapt, translate, or reverse engineer any portion of the service;
Remove any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notices contained in or on the service;
Reformat or frame any portion of the web pages that are part of the service's administration display;
Use the service in connection with illegal peer-to-peer file sharing;
Display any content on the service that contains any hate-related or violent content or contains any other material, products or services that violate or encourage conduct that would violate any criminal laws, any other applicable laws, or any third party rights;
Modify the NetAkıl logo or any other NetAkıl Marks; or
Use the service, or any interfaces provided with the service, to access any NetAkıl product or service in a manner that violates the Terms or other terms and conditions for use of such NetAkıl product or service.
NetAkıl has certain limits and quotas in using its service. These limits and quotas are consumable resources that you agree not to exceed.
You acknowledge and agree that NetAkıl may change limits and quotas in using its service at NetAkıl’s sole discretion, without prior notice to you.
You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to keep up-to-date with and adhere to these limits and quotas posted here:
Save/Import Station Data Limits: Maximum 2500 stations per 24 hours
Save/Import Vehicle Data Limits: Maximum 250 vehicles per 24 hours
Save/Import Order Data Limits: Maximum 5000 orders per 24 hours
Request Length: 30 seconds
Request Frequency: 30 seconds
You acknowledge and agree that you will not use NetAkıl services in a manner that adversely impacts the stability of NetAkıl’s servers, infrastructure, services or adversely impacts the behavior of other applications, services.
You acknowledge and agree that your use of the NetAkıl services is subject to rate limit. If you exceed these rate limits, your access to the NetAkıl services may be limited, blocked, suspended or terminated at any time, at NetAkıl’s discretion, with or without notice to you.
You acknowledge and agree that you will not use NetAkıl services unnecessarily excessive and such that your usage significantly has negative effects on the performance of NetAkıl services.
Security is a priority for us. So, we have devised, implemented all necessary systems, processes with the proven best of breath technologies and policies. These include all points and aspects of security from technology to organizational processes. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility that to evaluate, asses and decide whether logvrp meets your security requirements.
You acknowledge and agree that, accepting this policy requires accepting NetAkıl Privacy Policy and NetAkıl Security.
Map data and services used in logvrp are provided by Google, via Google Maps technology. The following are just some examples of such data and services provided by Google Maps:
map visual
map data
directions data
distance data
addresses
coordinates
geocoding
reverse geocoding
traffic data
You acknowledge and agree that, NetAkıl is not responsible for, but not limited to:
availability of map data and services
validity of map data and services
correctness of map data and services
completeness of map data and services
coverage of map data and services
resolution of map data and services
whether the map data is up to date or not
keeping the map data up to date
You acknowledge and agree that,
you must follow the terms and policies of Google for the usage of Google Maps also,
you will not use logvrp in a contradictory way to those terms and policies of Google for the usage of Google Maps also,
the availability of Google Maps is given by their SLA.
NetAkıl and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners and licensors make no warranty that, logvrp will meet your requirements.
You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility that to evaluate, asses and decide whether logvrp will meet your requirements.
You understand and agree that you know the folloing in advance:
Since the nature of the route planning and route optimization is mathematically and computationally NP-Hard, the methods used in route planning are optimization methods and these methods may not result the global optimum (best optimal) routes.
This is applicable to any route planner or route optimization software/application.
NetAkıl does not claim that the route plans and route optimizations generated by logvrp are always the best for user's business.
Therefore, the methods used in logvrp may not result the global optimum (best optimal) routes for all business cases and vrp problems.
You understand and agree that you know this in advance and it is your responsibility to evaluate and assess logvrp.
For a valuable advice, even if another route planner or route optimization service provider or software (like logvrp) claims that their solutions are the best optimum, do not believe.
NetAkıl and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners and licensors make no warranty that, logvrp will have the same performance metrics at all times.
Therefore, you understand and agree that performance of logvrp may change time to time, business case to business case.
logvrp has measured hundreds of user's aggregated statistics from the route optimization results, for about 1.5 years, in the free of charge beta period. These statistics about savings that logvrp may provide to you are extracted from those aggreagated minimum, average, maximum values.
You understand and agree that, those statistics are informative statistics and those benefits, profits and savings may not apply to you.
You understand and agree that, presented benefits, profits and savings may differ from user to user, since each user has different business cases, conditions, etc.
You understand and agree that, it is user's responsibility to evaluate and asses his/her benefits, profits and savings by using logvrp.
logvrp provides you comparison tools, statistics and analytics reports for you in order to evaluate your benefits, profits and savings. NetAkıl, as stated in Terms of Service and other legal documents, reserves the right to remove these tools, features from logvrp in its sole discretion.
NetAkıl will continiously innovate and improve NetAkıl services including logvrp.
NetAkıl will try to listen, understand, find solutions and address all feature requests of users.
This innovation, improvement and addressing of feature requests may require adding, changing, removing features, content, methods, tools to any of NetAkıl services.
NetAkıl will inform the changes before they take place as soon as possible.
However, you acknowledge and agree that all the of these are based on NetAkıl's sole discretion.
NetAkıl reserves the right to refuse any requests of users without notice or giving explanation.
You acknowledge and agree that the form and nature of the services which NetAkıl provides may change from time to time without prior notice to you, at NetAkıl’s sole discretion.
You acknowledge and agree that NetAkıl does not provide you any warranties that
add new features,
change existing features,
remove existing features,
to implement or not to implement a requested feature by users
You acknowledge and agree that NetAkıl does not provide you any warranties that
the changes will meet your requirements,
the changes will be as you expected,
the changes will be uninterrupted,
the changes will take place timely,
the changes will be error-free,
NetAkıl will continiously resolve critical, blocking types of bugs/errors of NetAkıl services including logvrp.
NetAkıl will try to listen, understand, find solutions and address all issues, problems of users.
This addressing of bug, error resolution and fixation may require adding, changing, removing features, content, methods, tools to any of NetAkıl services.
NetAkıl will inform the status of these bugs, errors and their possible resolution (if found, or if any) as soon as possible.
However, you acknowledge and agree that all the of these are based on NetAkıl's sole discretion.
NetAkıl reserves the right to refuse any requests of users without notice or giving explanation.
You acknowledge and agree that NetAkıl does not provide you any warranties that
identifying bugs, errors,
finding solutions for bugs, errors,
implementing solutions for bugs, errors,
addressing bugs, errors,
giving estimated times for bug, error resolution (if any).
You acknowledge and agree that NetAkıl does not provide you any warranties that
bug, error resolution or fixation will meet your requirements,
bug, error resolution or fixation will be as you expected,
bug, error resolution or fixation will be uninterrupted,
bug, error resolution or fixation will take place timely,
bug, error resolution or fixation will be error-free.
You acknowledge and agree that, NetAkıl may, but is not obligated to, provide you with customer service or modifications for the NetAkıl APIs, in its sole discretion, and may terminate such services at any time, with or without notice to you.
