You can only use the demo, if provided, without signing up and creating an account.
You need to sign up in order to start to use logvrp up to some limits.
When you sign up, a user account will be created for you, and you will be a user.
You can sign in to logvrp with that user account.
You have access to your private area in logvrp.
You can edit, update, delete some of your personal and organization information.
You can give feedback, share an idea, join to surveys, subscribe to newsletters.
If a free pricing plan is provided, users can use logvrp application, with limits.
If a trial period is provided, users can use logvrp application and logvrp API, free of charge in that period.

You need to subscribe to a pricing plan:
When you subscribe to a pricing plan:
If you subscribe to monthly pricing plan: you will be charged after 1 month on the day you subscribed, or a few days later.
If you subscribe to annual pricing plan: you will be charged on the day you subscribed, or a few days later.
In order to stop to be charged, you need to un-subscribe.
You may change your pricing plan at any time to a different pricing plan.
However, you can change your pricing plan once in a month only.
There is no additional cost for changing the pricing plan.
If you change your pricing plan, your new pricing plan will take effect in a few minutes.
If you are in a monthly pricing plan
if you change your pricing plan to a different monthly pricing plan:
You will be charged pro-rated at the end of billing cycle.
if you change your pricing plan to an annual pricing plan:
You will be charged pro-rated amount of that monthly billing cycle.
Moreover, you will be charged with the amount of new annual price.
If you are in an annual pricing plan
if you change your pricing plan to a monthly pricing plan:
You will be refunded pro-rated for your current annual pricing plan as if you were in the monthly pricing plan.
You will be charged at the end of new monthly pricing plan.
Your billing period will start the day you changed your pricing plan.
if you change your pricing plan to another annual pricing plan:
You will be charged pro-rated.
If the new annual pricing plan is less, then you will be refunded.
Un-subscribing from a pricing plan is to end your subscription to a pricing plan of logvrp.
When you un-subscribe from a pricing plan:
What happens to your account and your data:
Your account will be downgraded to a base account.
Your account and your data will not be deleted.
However, NetAkıl reserves the right to suspend or delete your account and your data according to Terms of Service, other terms, policies and agreements.
What can you do after un-subscribing:
You can sign in to logvrp with that user account.
You have access to your private area in logvrp.
You can edit, update, delete some of your personal and organization information.
You can give feedback, share an idea, join to surveys, subscribe to newsletters.
If provided, users can use logvrp application in a free pricing plan.
You can subscribe to a pricing plan any time again.

You may discontinue your use of NetAkıl services at any time. In this document, the terms termination and cancellation are the same. So, termination is used.
You acknowledge and agree that NetAkıl may at any time terminate your access to NetAkıl services, terminate the Terms, or suspend or terminate your account, when NetAkıl observes usages not complying with our Terms of Service, or any other terms, agreements, policies.
You may discontinue your usage of logvrp either without terminating or by terminating.
You may discontinue your usage of logvrp without terminating in one of the following ways:
If you are subscribed to a pricing plan, just un-subscribe. In this case:
This is not cancellation or termination, just discontinuation of your use of NetAkıl services
You will be charged for that full month if you have subscribed to a monthly pricing plan.
You will be charged for the usage up-to that time if you have subscribed to an annual pricing plan.
Your account will be downgraded.
Then you will not be charged again.
Your account and your data will not be deleted
You can start to use any time again
However, NetAkıl reserves the right to suspend or delete your account and your data according to Terms of Service, other terms, policies and agreements.
If you are not subscribed to any pricing plan, just do not use. In this case:
This is not cancellation or termination, just discontinuation of your use of NetAkıl services
You will not be charged
Your account and your data will not be deleted
You can start to use any time again
However, NetAkıl reserves the right to suspend or delete your account and your data according to Terms of Service, other terms, policies and agreements.
You may also discontinue your usage of logvrp by terminating. If you want to completely terminate,
Firstly un-subscribe, if you are subscribed to any pricing plan. For refunding, see the Refunding section.
Then send us a support ticket at http://support.logvrp.com, stating explicitly that you want to terminate. In this case:
Your account will be disabled and you may not be granted access to NetAkıl services,
Your account and your data are NOT deleted immediately.
Your account and your data are deleted after some period of time.
You may not be granted to your account or any information such as content, data or files contained in your account,
The Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and any other terms, agreements, policies that you accepted prior to expiration or termination, are applicable.
However, NetAkıl reserves the right to suspend or delete your account and your data according to Terms of Service, other terms, policies and agreements.
If you un-subscribe from a monthly pricing plan, midway through a billing cycle,
We will not provide a refund for that billing cycle.
Even at the beginning of a billing cycle, you can continue to use logvrp until the end of the billing cycle.
If you un-subscribe from an annual pricing plan, midway through a billing cycle,
We will provide pro-rated partial refund as if you were on the monthly pricing plan.
The discount for the annual pricing plan will be charged to you.
