logvrp may be provided to you without charge up to some limits.
Usage over this limit requires your purchase of additional resources or services.
The pricing for logvrp can be found at Pricing (or such URL as NetAkıl may provide).
For all purchased resources and services, we will charge your credit card on a monthly or annual basis or at the interval indicated in logvrp fees and payment policies, if different.
Late payments may bear interest at the rate of 1.5% per month (or the highest rate permitted by law, if less).
Charges are exclusive of taxes.
You are responsible for paying all taxes and government charges, and all reasonable expenses and attorneys fees NetAkıl incurs collecting late amounts.
You acknowledge and agree that some banks and credit card companies may put some fees or charges for your purchase of any NetAkıl service purchases. You acknowledge and agree that these additional fees and charges that your bank or credit card company placed are your responsibility.
You acknowledge and agree that any fees or charges that has been incurred for currency exchange rates by your bank or credit card are your responsibility.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive all claims relating to charges unless claimed within 60 days after the charge (this does not affect your credit card issuer rights).
Charges are solely based on NetAkıl's measurements of your use of the NetAkıl services, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, refunds (if any) are at the discretion of NetAkıl and only in the form of NetAkıl states.
You acknowledge and agree that, the fees, charges or any costs that is caused by refunds (if any) to NetAkıl will be reflected to you. That is, you acknowledge and agree that any cost, fee, charge will be reflected to you, that has been caused of a refund (if any).
Nothing in this Terms obligates NetAkıl to extend credit to any party.
You acknowledge and agree that any credit card and related billing and payment information that you provide to NetAkıl may be shared by NetAkıl with companies who work on NetAkıl's behalf, such as payment processors and/or credit agencies, or banks solely for the purposes of checking credit, effecting payment to NetAkıl and servicing your account.
NetAkıl may also provide information in response to valid legal process, such as subpoenas, search warrants and court orders, or to establish or exercise its legal rights or defend against legal claims.
NetAkıl shall not be liable for any use or disclosure of such information by such third parties.
NetAkıl reserves the right to discontinue the provision of the NetAkıl services to you for any late payments or if no payment can be done.
NetAkıl may change its pricing plans, pricing policies, prices, fees, promotions, discounts, payment policies, payment methods for the NetAkıl services.
Changes to the pricing plans, pricing policies, prices, fees, promotions, discounts, payment policies, payment methods will be notified to you at least fifteen (15) days before the beginning of the billing cycle in which such change will take effect.

Any outstanding balance becomes immediately due and payable upon termination of the Terms of Service, or any other policy, term or agreement for any reason.
Especially for the API usage, you may not develop multiple applications, services or systems to simulate or act as a single application, services or systems or otherwise access the NetAkıl services in a manner intended to avoid incurring fees. Moreover, this may be a violation of Terms of Service, or any other policy, term or agreement that has severe legal results.
